The one-time Barcelona based band Timber & Tin has dissolved back into the pool whence it sprang – the primeval pool of practitioners of the ancient arts of puffing, scraping, beating, squeezing, pounding, thrashing and otherwise producing sound waves of the traditional Irish music variety.  

This doesn’t mean we’re no longer performing – you’d never be so lucky! Rather, we’ll be putting bands together to suit particular occasions, involving musicians who’ve been playing together for years in sessions. And the session spirit will be very prominent in these variable line-up bands: the musicians, gathered around our mythical table (serving chiefly to keep their drinks within reach), will play their little hearts out under the name “Nights around the Table”, taking all the fun and fury of The Music wherever they roam.
