On March the 2nd, 2009 our friend Bernard sadly passed away. And he did so in the best possible way: at the session and sorrounded by his friends and pupils.

Bernard is mainly responsible for most of us being involved with Irish Traditional Music. His entusiasm and his fascinating ability to interpret and transmit the music is the reason why there's been an Irish Session in Barcelona for more than 15 years. And it's we, his heirs, who must continue his wonderful task and keep the tradition alive. His legacy is much more important than anyrthing we can say with words and deserves nothing but continuity.

Maybe he's is not with us in body anymore, but his spirit will be with us forever.
